Sunny and calm this morning. Quite nice.
We have photos of the First annual parade (Hog On The Hill) in Holly Hill to replace the last Sunday bike Parade last held in 2003-2004.

Sunny and cooler this morning. Quite nice.

Daytona 200 at the race track,
Holly Hatchet concert at Hogs on the Hill,
Jackyl concert at Destination Daytona,
Big Daddy Rat Bike Show (preshow) across from the Ocean Center,
and the Daytona Beach bike parade which happened at 9:00 this morning.

It is now official, Iron Horse is pushing drugs. It indicates 2 things, your customers are getting too old and they do not operate a smooth running vehicle. Another reason is the customer might have a heart attack when someone exposes themselves.

Sunny and warm today. Quite nice.

At the Ocean Center you have the Smage Brothers doing their stunts. You might have seen them on America got Talent. You can see them live and free.
There are currently over 30 show bikes on display and also historic bikes/motorcycles.

On the boardwalk tomorrow, there will be a bike show. Daytona Beach boardwalk is one of the few last remaining boardwalks left in the world.

On Saturday, there will be the Big Daddy Rat Bike Show.

Hogs on the Hill is only packed with only 25% of the vendors.

CALENDAR OF EVENTS AT SPEEDWAY

3:30pm
At the motorcycle show at the Ocean Center, they have 2 of the top stunt motorcyclist doing shows.
Also there are the FLO setup minus FLO along with the good hands people.

Currently, Beach St. is blocked off with a big stage in the middle of it.

Hogs on the Hill parade will start at 10:00am on Sunday at the Publix in Holly Hill on U.S. 1 and ending at Hogs on the Hill.

Hogs on the Hill(City of Holly Hill) is still woking on their hill(the stage platform is finished) for the concert and the place is half full of vendors.

If you want to see a real museum containing 2 1949 calendars past down from dealer to dealer, go to Robison this year as they are celebrating their 50th year. Click Here Yes they do own a very large property so there is plenty of room for everybody.

Like normal, all the vendors are starting to setup near Iron Horse in North Ormond yesterday with Iron Horse bar full of people yesterday.

Dealers with only 1 manufacturer floor plan in Daytona Beach:
Indian Motorcycle on Beach St. in Daytona Beach.
Everyone else is not in the city or have multiple floor plans.

Notable moves this year was Custom Works(Boss Hoss dealer) worth mentioning moved to 833 Volusia Ave./International Speedway Blvd.(old Pontiac dealership building).

Back to no Honda dealership in Daytona Beach is correct. Daytona Fun Machines in Holly Hill on U.S. 1 is the dealer for Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha. They are located right across from Hogs on the Hill(vendors, live music(Molly Hatchet Concert) on Saturday March 17, 2012, and the parade).

The girls gone wild bus has arrived in Daytona Beach. The bus normally hangs out on Beach St. but we will see if they do this year.

On Monday will have a list of all your dealers in town and a map where to find them.  All the big factory manufacturers are found at the racetrack giving demo riders. We will be covering the local dealerships.
There have been a few bikers in town for the last few days enjoying the warm weather.

An international bike show at the Ocean Center is listing that Daytona Beach has no Honda dealer. We are waiting for a response from the Honda dealer on the issue.

We will be covering this year who represent which manufacturers at their businesses and who does not have a floor plan.

We will have special coverage of historic documents passed from dealer to dealer. The documents(can be considered art and artifacts) originate from 1949 and we will tell you where to find them at their 50th year anniversary.

This year we will cover the places and people that make Bike Week happen.
This year on Beach St. the ex-car dealership is being demolished. There are currently 4 motorcycle shops (5 if you count BMW which is 20 feet from Beach St.), 1 motorcycle rental that still exist there and one bike museum to be opened. I can't forget Barney Leather, they will be there until the place burns down.

It looks like that the City of Holly Hill is starting up the parade on Sunday. The last time we had a parade was in 2003 or 2004.
Pay attention to new announcements here and in our user forums under parades.

1:10 p.m. The Progressive International Motorcycle Show is happening at the Ocean Center with vendors and mini bike show. This show is fee and continues until tomorrow.
Rat's Hole Motorcycle Show is tomorrow across the road from the above show.
